Lead Story

For the first time since 2015, both Florida State’s men’s and women’s track and field teams are ranked in the top 25.

Each FSU team took the ACC indoor championship over the weekend in Clemson. Despite that, the men actually dropped a spot to No. 7 in the USTFCCCA Poll. The women debuted in the poll at No. 22.

With a conference title now in the rear view, the Seminoles will focus on the NCAA Indoor Championships, which begin on March 9 in College Station. Six men and five women qualified to represent the Seminoles in the championships.

Between the Lines

FSU women’s golf was expected to begin The Dickson in Houston on Monday, but was delayed by rain.

On the Agenda

FSU women’s golf will participate in The Dickson on Tuesday. FSU baseball visits Jacksonville in a contest that begins at 5 p.m. EST and airs on ESPN3.

News and Notes

Andrew Karp will pitch for FSU against Jacksonville on Tuesday.

Former Arkansas State quarterback Fredi Knighten has been hired by FSU as a graduate assistant.

Former FSU forward Jonathan Isaac is expected to return from injury for the Orlando Magic on Wednesday night against the Toronto Raptors.

FSU women’s hoops stars Shakayla Thomas and Imani Wright were each named first-team All-ACC selections.

FSU baseball topped Jacksonville on Tuesday night, 4-0.
