FSU Baseball Makes Small Climb in Some Polls

After another perfect week for Florida State on the baseball diamond, the Seminoles made some headwind in the polls.

In the D1Baseball.com Poll, FSU climbed one spot from No. 5 to No. 4. The Seminoles remained third in the Baseball America Poll.

At 7-0 for the season, Florida State is coming off a week in which it defeated South Florida and completed a 3-game sweep of Troy. This week, FSU will visit Jacksonville on Tuesday before hosting UNC-Asheville for three games, beginning on Friday.

Florida State also saw itself climb one spot in the Collegiate Baseball Poll. Previously No. 4, FSU now sits at No. 3.

The NCBWA Poll also saw FSU move up a spot. The Seminoles were fourth this week after sitting at No. 5 a week ago.
