Florida State freshman offensive lineman Brady Scott will be out for eight weeks after injuring his foot in a scooter accident.

The news was first broken by Pardon My Take, a podcast affiliated with Barstool Sports. Scott took to Twitter to explain that the crash was not his fault.

Scott, a former 3-star prospect, was not expected to see much of the field in 2017. Scott was expected by most to redshirt. The latest incident only makes that more likely.
