The Daily Nole — Nov. 17, 2020: ACC Puts 6-Day Hold on FSU-Virginia

Lead Story

Florida State football’s Senior Day contest against Virginia will take place on Nov. 28. The time and network are still to be determined.

The ACC declared a 6-day hold for the contest. That means that the kickoff time and television network won’t be announced until this coming weekend.

FSU was defeated by Virginia last season in Charlottesville, 31-24. This will be the first meeting between the schools in Tallahassee since a 34-20 victory for FSU in 2014.

The Seminoles are in the midst of their worst season in 45 years as they sit at 2-6. The Cavaliers are 3-4 following consecutive wins over North Carolina and Louisville.
