For Florida State fans, running back Dalvin Cook’s NFL success should come as no surprise.

Following a monster game for the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, Cook now leads the NFL in rushing. In a 34-20 victory over the Detroit Lions, Cook rushed for 206 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries. Cook also caught two passes for 46 yards.

The outstanding showing is the second in a row for the Miami native. Last week, Cook rushed for 163 yards and three touchdowns in a 28-22 upset of the Green Bay Packers.

Following the back-to-back stellar efforts, Cook now has 856 yards rushing. That’s 15 yards more than the league’s second-leading rusher — Derrick Henry of the Tennessee Titans.
