Happy hump day, Florida State fans. As your week heads downhill, keep it here for the latest in FSU athletics. The news and notes section of this post will be updated throughout the day.

Lead Story

After being upset at home by Clemson over the weekend, Florida State women’s basketball paid a small price in the polls.

In the USA Today Coaches Poll, FSU slipped three spots from No. 18 to No. 21. After debuting in the AP Poll last week at No. 22, the Seminoles are now unranked in that poll. FSU does have the most votes among unranked teams.

At 14-2 for the season, FSU will travel to face Boston College on Thursday before returning home to face Duke on Sunday. The Seminoles are 2-1 in ACC play.

There were no FSU athletic events scheduled for Tuesday.

On the Agenda

There are no FSU athletic events scheduled for Wednesday.

News and Notes

FSU linebacker Zaquandre White is expected to transfer from the program.
