Lead Story

Things have gone from bad to worse for the dismal Florida State offensive line.

According to reports from Monday, redshirt senior Derrick Kelly will miss Saturday’s contest against Northern Illinois. Kelly has started games in each of the last four years for the Seminoles and had been starting at guard this season.

In Kelly’s absence, converted defensive tackle Arthur Williams is likely to get the start. Kelly left last week’s loss to Syracuse with an apparent leg injury.

There were no FSU athletic events scheduled for Tuesday.
