Four Florida State commitments competed in the Under Armour All-American game at Camping World Stadium on Thursday night and all for Team Spotlight, which fell to Team Highlight, 23-21.
Christian Meadows started at guard while defensive tackle Robert Cooper recorded one tackle. In the secondary, cornerback Anthony Lytton had a fumble recovery while fellow corner Asante Samuel, Jr. recorded no statistics, but played.
Of the four FSU commits to play, Meadows is the only one yet to sign. Other FSU targets to participate in the game were wide receivers Joshua Moore and Devon Williams and tackle Nicholas Petit-Frere.
Between the Lines
FSU women’s basketball won at Clemson on Thursday night, 69-47.

FSU swimming and diving will be at Florida on Friday.
News and Notes
FSU tight ends coach Telly Lockette will earn $325,000 annually for two years, according to reports.
FSU beach volleyball opens its 2018 season in DeLand against Florida Atlantic on Feb. 24.
Former FSU receiver Ja’Vonn Harrison will play next season at Nebraska.
FSU has hired Irele Oderine as strength and conditioning coach.
Michigan State defensive coordinator Harlon Barnett has been hired to the same role at Florida State.
Former Oregon defensive analyst Alonzo Hampton has been added as defensive backs and special teams coach at FSU.
