The Daily Nole — Nov. 26, 2017: FSU Makes it Five Straight

Lead Story

Florida State did something on Saturday it never had previously.

The 38-22 win over Florida in Gainesville gave the Seminoles a new school-record for consecutive victories over their rival with five. Three of those wins have come in Gainesville and only one has come by fewer than 16 points.

With the victory, FSU improved to 5-6. It will look to become bowl-eligible next week with a win over Louisiana-Monroe.

Between the Lines

FSU’s 38-22 win at Florida was the only FSU athletic event scheduled for Saturday.

On the Agenda

FSU women’s basketball will host Samford at 2 p.m. EST on ACC Network Extra.

FSU volleyball will open the NCAA Tournament on Friday night against Washington State.
