Lead Story

Cross country season is officially over for Florida State.

Michael Hall, who qualified for the NCAA Championships as an individual, finished 132nd out of more than 250 runners on Saturday. Hall finished with a time of less than 31 minutes.

As a team, FSU failed to qualify for the NCAA Championships, finishing fourth on both the men’s and women’s side of the regional championships last week. The overall winner on Saturday was Justyn Knight of Syracuse.

Between the Lines

FSU swimming and diving wrapped up the Georgia Tech Invite on Saturday. FSU football destroyed Delaware State, 77-6.

On the Agenda

FSU soccer will take on Stanford in the third round of the NCAA Tournament at 4 p.m. EST on Saturday. FSU women’s hoops will be at Grambling. The men will take on Colorado State in Jamaica at 5 p.m. EST on CBS Sports Network.

News and Notes

FSU hoops defeated Colorado State to wrap up the Jamaica Classic on Sunday, 90-73.

FSU soccer’s season came to an end on Sunday with a 1-0 loss to Stanford in the third round of the NCAA Tournament.
