Lead Story

The University of Florida released its men’s basketball non-conference schedule this past week and that includes its date with Florida State.

The Seminoles and Gators will meet on the hardwood in Gainesville on Monday, Dec. 4. FSU has won the last three contests in the series, but by just a combined nine points.

FSU won 83-78 last year in Tallahassee and by a 73-71 score in its last trip to Gainesville, thanks to a late jumper by Dwayne Bacon with less than five seconds remaining. Florida State has never defeated the Gators in four straight seasons.
