It’s the weekend, Florida State fans. As you get set to enjoy your days off, assuming you have them off, keep it here for the latest in FSU athletics. The news and notes section of this post will be updated throughout the day.

Lead Story

Florida State doesn’t look like it will have any trouble getting the sophomore expected to be its best offensive lineman in the lineup for the Sept. 2 opener against Alabama.

According to a report from 247Sports, Landon Dickerson is a “full go” moving forward into fall camp. Dickerson started seven games as a freshman last season at right guard before going down with a season-ending ACL tear.

According to the report, head coach Jimbo Fisher said Dickerson has been doing “everything full for a while”. Dickerson is likely to again man the right guard spot for the Seminoles, but there has been speculation that he may serve as the team’s left tackle. Dickerson was listed as a tackle during his days as a recruit.
