It’s Tuesday, Florida State fans.

As your week chugs along, check out our daily rundown.

Lead Story

The start of the 2021 college football season is just more than a month away and Florida State is picked to be a middle-of-the-pack team in the ACC.

On Monday, the Seminoles were picked to finish fourth in the ACC Atlantic division. With 510 total points, FSU was picked behind Clemson, NC State and Boston College.

Not surprisingly, Clemson was picked to win the conference. North Carolina was picked to win the ACC Coastal, but six of the seven teams in the division received at least one first-place vote. The exception was Duke.

FSU is coming off three straight losing seasons, including a 3-6 finish last year. The Seminoles open on Sept. 5 against Notre Dame.
