Florida State head football coach Willie Taggart will have a lot to prove during his tenure in Tallahassee.

According to a piece from Athlon Sports ranking all 130 FBS coaches, Taggart comes in at No. 36 on the list, behind Wake Forest’s Dave Clawson and in front of Dana Holgorsen of West Virginia. For his career, Taggart is 47-50 as a head coach, but took on rebuilding jobs at Western Kentucky, South Florida and Oregon.

FSU will be the first school that Taggart has coached that didn’t have a losing season the year before his arrival. Taggart found himself ranked seventh among ACC coaches. Alabama’s Nick Saban topped the overall list.
