Lead Story

After an outstanding freshman season, Florida State men’s golfer John Pak has been named an All-American.

Pak’s third-team selection by the Golf Coaches Association of America came on Thursday. Including those to receive honorable mention honors, Pak is the 32nd All-American in program history.

Pak was ranked 24th nationally by Golfstat and previously won ACC Rookie of the Year. Harry Ellis, a teammate, earned All-ACC Academic honors.

News and Notes

Former FSU quarterback Jameis Winston will serve a 3-game suspension to start the NFL season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

FSU added 4-star defensive end Curtis Fann on Saturday.
