Despite it being late September and Florida State not having a win, the Seminoles remained ranked in the Amway Coaches Poll.

FSU is holding onto the No. 25 spot in that poll after losing at home to North Carolina State on Saturday, 27-21. The Seminoles were not so fortunate in the AP Poll, where they are unranked for the first time since 2011.

That was also the last time that FSU lost three straight. It will try to avoid that on Saturday as it visits 4-0 Wake Forest. The Demon Deacons received votes in both polls.

The top 5 was the same in each of the two major polls with Alabama remaining on top following a 59-0 win over Vanderbilt. Following the Crimson Tide in order were Clemson, Oklahoma, Penn State and USC.
