The Daily Nole — July 31, 2017: 12 FSU Track and Field Athletes Honored for Academics

According to a release, 12 Florida State track and field athletes were honored for academics by being named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

The team featured eight women athletes and four men. Representing the FSU women were Nicole Breske, Carmela Cardama Baez, Shaquania Dorsett, Melissa-Maree Farrington, Shauna Helps, Kellion Knibb, Shanice Love and Nicole Setterington. Representing the men were Jacob Burton, Jamal Pitts, James Rhoden and Steven Simpkins.

The FSU track and field team wrapped up the NCAA Championships in June.
