And then, there were four.

That’s how many 5-star commitments Florida State will end with for 2017. On Wednesday afternoon, Marvin Wilson pledged his services to the Seminoles.

A 6-4, 330-pound defensive tackle from Episcopal High School in Belleaire, Texas, Wilson chose the Seminoles over LSU among others. Wilson is ranked, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings, as the No. 6 overall player for 2017 and the top player at his position and his state.

Wilson is the fourth 5-star commitment for FSU, joining running backs Cam Akers and Khalan Laborn as well as defensive end Joshua Kaindoh. Wilson is also the third defensive tackle to join the class along with Cory Durden and Ja’len Parks.

FSU entered the day with the No. 5 overall class for 2017 before falling as far as seventh. The addition of Wilson brings the Seminoles back up to sixth.
