FSU Adds 4-Star LB Warner

National Signing Day got off to a nice start for Florida State with the addition of 4-star linebacker Leonard Warner.

A 6-4, 225-pound prospect from Brookwood High School in Snellville, Georgia, Warner is ranked by the 247Sports Composite as the No. 176 overall prospect for 2017, the No. 7 inside linebacker and the 17th best player from the state of Georgia.

Warner’s commitment gives FSU three players at the linebacker position. Warner joins FSU legacy DeCalon Brooks and Adonis Thomas, a junior college prospect who enrolled early.

The Seminoles parted ways with 3-star linebacker DeMarco Artis on Jan. 24. Artis announced his commitment to Baylor on Tuesday night.

FSU continues to hold the No. 5 overall class for 2017, per the Composite.
