Dalvin Cook won’t be the only offensive player for Florida State leaving early for the NFL. On Tuesday, junior tackle Roderick Johnson made his intentions known to do likewise.

A 3-year starter and 2-time winner of the Jacobs Blocking Trophy, Johnson has started 31 straight games for the Seminoles — all at left tackle. Johnson is also a 2-time All-ACC selection.

A 6-7, 310-pound prospect, Johnson was projected by many to be a first round pick prior to the season, but has slipped according to most experts. Johnson however, is still projected to go in the top half of the NFL Draft, which is held April 27-29 in Philadelphia.

Johnson was a big reason why FSU finished the season with a top 25 offense in terms of total yards and a top 10 offense by advanced metrics. Candidates to replace Johnson include Abdul Bello, Josh Ball and Jauan Williams among others.
