Poll Movement for FSU Baseball (April 25)

Florida State followed up a disappointing week with an outstanding one as the Seminoles went 5-0, taking two games against Stetson before sweeping Notre Dame over the weekend. As a result, the polls were kind to FSU.

Florida State climbed six spots in the Baseball America Poll to No. 5. The Seminoles fell to No. 11 after going just 1-3 last week.

In the D1Baseball.com Poll, FSU is also ranked fifth. That’s a 2-spot jump from last week when the Seminoles were ranked seventh.

In the Collegiate Baseball Poll, the Seminoles climbed up six spots from ninth to third. The Noles rose four spots in the USA Today Coaches Poll from 10th to sixth.

In the NCBWA Poll, the Noles are up four spots from No. 9 to No. 5.

Florida State will have a lengthy rest period before visiting Clemson for three games, beginning on Saturday.
