According to multiple reports, the top quarterback prospect of 2018 has made a return trip to Tallahassee.

Justin Fields, a 5-star prospect from Kennesaw, Georgia showed up to Florida State’s campus late Thursday afternoon. Fields’ expected return trip to FSU was first reported by Nole Gameday.

Fields is currently listed as the No. 2 overall prospect for 2018, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings and the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback. Other contenders for Fields’ services include Georgia, Auburn and Florida. Fields has recently visited those other campuses.

4-star receiver Marquez Ezzard committed to Florida State on Friday, picking the Seminoles over Georgia.

Florida State’s Deondre Francois and Derwin James were each named to the Walter Camp Award watch list.

3-star safety John Huggins has committed to Florida State, according to Warchant.

FSU has landed cornerback Akeem Dent. Dent, a 5-star prospect, is the top cornerback for 2019.
