On Tuesday, Florida State basketball center Balsa Koprivica announced that he was ready for the next level.

Koprivica will forgo his junior season and enter the 2021 NBA Draft. As a sophomore this past season, the Serbia native averaged 9.1 points and 5.6 rebounds per game while shooting 60% from the field.

Koprivica will become the fourth FSU player to leave early for the draft, joining RaiQuan Gray, Sardaar Calhoun and Scottie Barnes. Calhoun has left open the possibility of returning for a senior season.

Between the Lines

FSU baseball fell at Florida on a walk-off home run on Tuesday night in 10 innings, 3-2.

FSU women’s golf will begin the ACC Championships on Wednesday.

News and Notes

FSU volleyball’s Taryn Knuth, Emma Clothier and Morgan Chacon were named AVCA All-Region selections.

Florida State cross country’s Caleb Pottorff, Paul Stafford, Rebecca Clark, Addi Coggins, Elizabeth Funderburk and Maudie Skyring were all named to the ACC All-Academic team.

FSU softball’s Kathryn Sandercock has been named ACC Pitcher of the Week.

FSU women’s tennis’ regular season finale with UCF has been moved from Thursday to Friday.

12 FSU track and field athletes were named to the All-ACC Academic team.

3-star wide receiver Quincey McAdoo has decommitted from Florida State football.
