Florida State’s stay in the top 25 will last just one week into the start of the 2018 season.

The Seminoles fell from the Amway Coaches and AP Polls after a debilitating 24-3 loss to Virginia Tech on Monday night. The Seminoles were previously No. 19 in the poll.

The lone change in the top 5 in the Coaches Poll was Georgia swapping spots with Ohio State. The Bulldogs moved up to No. 3 while the Buckeyes fell to No. 4. Alabama continues to top the poll, followed by Clemson. Oklahoma rounds out the top 5.

The AP Poll had an identical top 4. Wisconsin rounded out the top 5.

Virginia Tech moved up three spots to No. 14 in the Coaches Poll after beating the Seminoles. The Hokies climbed eight spots to No. 12 in the AP Poll.
