FSU Lands Commitment From 2020 Athlete Tate

Florida State’s 2020 recruiting class increased in size by 50 percent on Saturday.

Demorie Tate, a 2020 athlete from Orlando, pledged his commitment during FSU’s Skills Camp on Saturday. Tate is listed at 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds.

Tate is not currently ranked by the 247Sports Composite rankings and holds offers only from UCF and Florida Atlantic.

Tate becomes the third member of FSU’s 2020 class and second athlete, joining 4-star Jadarius McKnight and 3-star linebacker Keyshawn Greene. The class for the Seminoles ranks 11th nationally and second in the ACC.
