Florida State’s streak of four consecutive ACC titles may have ended more than a week ago, but it’s streak of NCAA Tournament appearances has not. The NCAA’s field of 64 was released on Monday and the Seminoles are a part of it.

FSU’s journey to a sixth College Cup in seven years will begin Friday at home against Ole Miss. Ole Miss has a record of 10-6-3. The Seminoles are 11-6-1.

The winner of the contest between the Rebels and FSU will move on to face either Arizona or TCU. The Seminoles are the No. 4 seed in their regional. Joining FSU, Ole Miss, Arizona and TCU on one side of the bracket is top-seeded Stanford, Utah Valley, Hofstra and TCU.

The Seminoles have not lost in the first round of the NCAA Tournament since falling to Boston College on penalty kicks in 2004. FSU was defeated by Utah in the second round of the NCAA Tournament last year.
