Florida State softball is just one win away from reaching a sixth straight ACC Championship. The top-seeded Seminoles will face No. 5 seed Notre Dame in the ACC Tournament semifinals in Atlanta on Friday.
FSU advanced with a 7-4 win over eighth-seeded Louisville on Thursday. Notre Dame topped fourth-seeded Boston College, 6-1.
FSU took two of three from Notre Dame when the teams met in South Bend during the regular season. Friday’s contest begins at 1 p.m. EST and airs on Raycom Sports Network.

In addition to FSU softball, FSU track and field kicked off the ACC Championships on Thursday.
On the Agenda
Aside from FSU softball, FSU men’s and women’s tennis will open the NCAA Tournament on Friday. The men will host Alabama State while the women face North Florida in Gainesville. FSU track and field continues the ACC Outdoor Championships. FSU baseball will take on Mount St. Mary’s at 6 p.m. EST on ACC Network Extra.
