Florida State’s 2018 baseball schedule was released Wednesday. The Noles, who are coming off of an Atlantic Coast Conference Championship and a trip to the College World Series in Omaha, will play 12 of the first 13 games of the season at Dick Howser Stadium, and 37 games in total at home.

FSU will face 21 teams that made an appearance in the NCAA Tournament last year, including the defending national champion Florida Gators and fellow College World Series participant, Louisville.

Florida State head coach Mike Martin enters the year just 32 wins away from becoming the all-time winningest coach in college baseball history. The Seminoles kick off the season against Xavier on Feb. 16.

The Seminoles will open up ACC on the road against Wake Forest on March 9. The Demon Deacons took two of three from the Noles in Tallahassee last season, winning the rubber game on Mother’s Day in what many thought would be the final home game of the year.

Following the weekend series with Wake Forest, FSU will make the trip to Gainesville on March 13 to play the Gators. FSU and Florida will meet two more times during the season once on March 27 in Jacksonville and again on April 10 in Tallahassee.

The ACC Championship will return to Durham and run from May 22-27 after being held in Louisville last season. The NCAA Tournament will begin on June 3, and the College World Series will open on June 18.
