The Oct. 14 contest between Florida State and Duke has been declared a 6-day hold, the ACC announced Monday.

The contest will air either at noon or 3:30 p.m. EST and will air on ABC, ESPN or ESPN2. The 6-day hold means that a game time and network for the game will be decided by this coming Sunday.

The contest in Durham between FSU and Duke will be the first between the schools since the Seminoles routed the Blue Devils for the 2013 ACC Championship, 45-7. The last regular season meeting between the teams came in 2012 with FSU winning 48-7 in Tallahassee. The last meeting in Durham came in 2011 with FSU winning 41-16.

The Seminoles are a perfect 19-0 all-time against Duke with the closest contest being a 19-point victory in 2007 in Tallahassee, 25-6. The Blue Devils are 3-1 this season after Friday’s 31-6 loss to Miami and will play at Virginia on Saturday.

FSU will play at home against Miami. The Seminoles are 1-2 after earning their first victory of the year over Wake Forest this past weekend.
