Seminoles and Wolfpack Set for Noon

FSU athletics

Florida State fans have been waiting for a while to watch their team play, but they won’t have to wait that long the next time they do.

The ACC announced on Monday that the Sept. 23 contest between FSU and North Carolina State will begin at 12 p.m. EST. The contest will air either on ABC or ESPN2.

Florida State has won four straight over the Wolfpack, dating back to 2013. The last N.C. State win came in Raleigh in 2012 by a 17-16 margin.

The Seminoles have never lost at home to N.C. State under head coach Jimbo Fisher and not at all since 2005. The Sept. 23 contest is expected to be the first career start for FSU freshman quarterback James Blackman.
