For the second time in three days, it was reported that a Florida State football player had left the program.

The latest is defensive end Josh Griffis. Following reports, Griffis took to Twitter to announce that he was entering the transfer portal.

A 3-star prospect, Griffis played seven games as a true freshman last season. Griffis finished the year with four total tackles and one for loss.

Between the Lines

There were no FSU athletic events scheduled for Wednesday.

On the Agenda

FSU soccer will host Alabama State on Thursday night. The match begins at 6 p.m. ET and streams on ACC Network Extra.
