Lead Story

Basketball season seems like a world away, but it’s not. On Tuesday, Florida State women’s basketball released its 2021-22 non-conference slate.

The Seminoles open the season on Nov. 9 at home against North Florida. FSU will be in St. Petersburg for Thanksgiving for the St. Pete Showcase from Nov. 25-27. It then travels to Illinois to take on the Fighting Illini in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge on Dec. 2.

FSU visits Florida on Dec. 12 and wraps up non-conference play at Kent State on Dec. 21. Other non-conference foes include Milwaukee, Jacksonville, Grambling State, Charleston Southern and Houston.
