It’s Tuesday, Florida State fans.

As your week nears a midway point, check out our daily rundown.

Lead Story

The offensive line has long been an issue for Florida State football, but the Seminoles may have found some help on Monday.

Notre Dame’s Dillan Gibbons announced that he will spend his final year at FSU. Gibbons is a graduate transfer, but made just one career start during his time at Notre Dame. That came last year against Syracuse.

Although Gibbons has just one start, he performed admirably as a reserve. He has played a lot of special teams over the years and in 2017, was named the Offensive Scout Team Player of the Year for the Fighting Irish.

Between the Lines

FSU women’s golf began its NCAA Regional at Louisville on Monday. Through one round, the Seminoles are in first place with a 5-stroke lead.

On the Agenda

FSU women’s golf will resume its NCAA Regional on Tuesday. FSU baseball will host Florida Gulf Coast at 6 p.m. ET. That contest streams on ACC Network Extra.

News and Notes

FSU men’s golfer John Pak was named ACC Player of the Year. He was joined on the All-ACC team by FSU teammates Vincent Norrman and Brett Roberts.

FSU baseball moved up in the latest polls. It now sits at No. 13 in the Baseball America Poll, No. 17 in the D1Baseball Poll and No. 30 in the Collegiate Baseball Poll. The Seminoles remained No. 17 in the NCBWA Poll.

FSU football officially announced the addition of graduate transfer and former Kansas wide receiver Andrew Parchment.
