After two hard-fought home wins this past week, Florida State has propelled itself back into the AP top 15.

The Seminoles fell two spots to No. 18 last week, but are up four spots this week in the AP Poll to No. 14. Among ranked teams, only Virginia Tech made a bigger climb as the Hokies rose five spots from No. 20 to No. 15 following a win over Duke.

FSU and Virginia Tech will square off on Tuesday night in Tallahassee in what will be a top-15 match-up. The winner will receiver a double-bye in the ACC Tournament and will likely be the No. 4 seed next week in Charlotte.

FSU is coming off home wins over Notre Dame and NC State. The Seminoles sit at 23-6 for the season and 11-5 in ACC play. Following Tuesday’s contest with Virginia Tech, FSU will close the season with a contest at Wake Forest.

In the USA Today Coaches Poll, FSU also moved up four spots from No. 17 to No. 13. Virginia Tech was No. 16 in that poll.
