It’s Thursday, Florida State fans. As your week heads downhill, keep it here for the latest in FSU athletics. The news and notes section of this post will be updated throughout the day.

Lead Story

Former Florida State center Andrew Boselli will reportedly rejoin the Seminoles — this time as a walk-on. His return was first reported by NoleGameday.com.

Originally a 3-star recruit out of Jacksonville, Boselli came to FSU in 2016, but left the program prior to the start of spring practice last year. Boselli had battled injury and appeared in just five games in two seasons in Tallahassee.

Boselli is the son of former All-Pro tackle Tony Boselli, who spent most of his career with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Boselli will be a redshirt junior in 2019.

Between the Lines

There were no FSU athletic events scheduled for Wednesday.

On the Agenda

FSU women’s hoops will host Miami at 7 p.m. EST on Thursday night. The contest will air on ACC Network Extra.

News and Notes

FSU track and field’s Armani Wallace and Trey Cunningham each won ACC weekly honors after record-setting performances.

FSU football’s Jaiden Woodbey and Tre’ McKitty were each named to the All-ACC Academic team.

FSU softball’s Sydney Sherrill and Meghan King were each named to the USA Softball Player of the Year watch list.
