When it comes to Madison County cornerback Travis Jay, Florida State has nothing to worry about.

The 4-star cornerback and top-150 prospect announced on Friday that he would be shutting down his recruitment and will ultimately sign with the Seminoles. A 6-foot-1, 185-pound prospect, Jay has been committed to FSU since March.

Jay is listed, according to the 247Sports Composite, as the No. 148 overall player for 2019 and the 18th best cornerback in the nation. FSU’s 2019 class currently ranks 17th nationally.

FSU men’s tennis defeated South Alabama on Friday, 5-2.
