A strong conference slate for Florida State volleyball has led to one player earning the ACC’s highest individual honor.

Junior outside hitter Payton Caffrey was named the ACC Player of the Year on Monday. Caffrey led the ACC in points and kills per set this season. She’s the first FSU player to win the honor since Ashley Neff in 2012.

Joining Caffrey on the ACC’s first team was sophomore middle blocker Taryn Knuth. Senior libero Kelsey Wicinski was a second-team selection.
