For the 10th straight season and the 21st time in program history, Florida State volleyball is a part of the NCAA Tournament.

Unveiled on Sunday, FSU will take on rival Florida in Orlando to open the NCAA Tournament. The match begins at 4:30 p.m. EST on Friday.

The Gators took down the Seminoles in four sets when the teams met in Tallahassee on Sept. 12. FSU did rally from two sets down to upset Florida in Gainesville in the last NCAA Tournament meeting two years ago.

The top seed in the 4-team regional will be UCF, who garnered a No. 13 national seed. The Knights kick things off on Friday against Florida Gulf Coast.

After a rough non-conference, Florida State finished 15-3 in conference play and 19-9 overall. The Seminoles fell to Washington State in the first round of last season’s NCAA Tournament.
