FSU Hoops Falls One Spot in AP Poll

After a 3-1 week, Florida State basketball fell one spot in this week’s AP Poll.

The Seminoles drop from No. 14 to 15th this week. After blowing out Canisius and winning the first two games of the AdvoCare Invitational against UAB and LSU, FSU dropped a hard-fought contest on Sunday to defending national champion Villanova, 66-60.

FSU’s ranking went unchanged in the USA Today Coaches Poll. For the second straight week, the Seminoles sit at No. 14.

Up next for FSU will be a home contest with Purdue in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge on Wednesday. The Boilermakers were No. 19 in the AP Poll this week.
