FSU Hoops Climbs in AP Poll

Florida State had one of the more impressive season debuts around the country last week and as a result, the Seminoles are climbing in the polls.

FSU rose three spots in the AP Poll from No. 17 to No. 14 on Monday. Florida State is off to a 2-0 start, which began last Tuesday with an 81-60 shellacking of rival Florida in a contest that probably still wasn’t as close as the final score.

The Seminoles followed up that victory with an 80-69 victory over Tulane on Sunday night in their first true road game. FSU won’t play again until next Monday when it hosts Canisius.

FSU was previously No. 15 in the USA TODAY Coaches Poll. This post will be updated when the newest poll is released.
