For the third straight home game, Florida State football will wear its traditional garb.

Via Twitter, FSU announced that it will wear garnet jerseys and gold pants for Saturday’s contest at Wake Forest. Florida State also wore that combination in wins over Samford and Northern Illinois after going with an all-black look to open the year against Virginia Tech.

FSU will enter Saturday’s contest as a healthy favorite over Wake Forest. Both teams have a record of 3-3.

Between the Lines

FSU baseball topped the Ontario Blue Jays in a scrimmage, 7-1, on Monday.

On the Agenda

There are no FSU athletic events scheduled for Tuesday.

News and Notes

FSU volleyball’s Payton Caffrey was named ACC Player of the Week for the second time this season.

FSU is currently a 10.5-point favorite over Wake Forest, according to Bovada.
