After a rough couple of weeks to start the 2018 season, Florida State got a hint of good news on Monday.

According to a report from Noles247, running back Khalan Laborn is expected to return this season. The redshirt freshman injured his knee on a kickoff return in Saturday’s 36-26 win over Samford.

According to the report, head coach Willie Taggart said that the injury was a dislocated knee cap and not as bad as initially thought. Laborn will still be out for multiple weeks.

Between the Lines

FSU women’s golf finished fifth at the Cougar Classic on Monday. The event was set to wrap up Tuesday, but concluded early.

On the Agenda

There are no FSU athletic events scheduled for Tuesday.

FSU women’s golfer Amanda Doherty finished in a tie for third place at the Cougar Classic.
