Florida State redshirt senior center Alec Eberle has been named to a third watch list.

Eberle was among those on the Wuerffel Trophy watch list, which was unveiled on Thursday. The Wuerffel Trophy recognizes players who combined community service, athletic achievement and academic achievement.

Eberle has been long known for his work off the field, previously being recognized for his work with Kidz1stFund. Eberle has started 32 straight games at center for the Seminoles and was previously named to the Rimington and Outland Trophy watch lists.

The Wuerffel Trophy is named after former Florida quarterback and 1996 Heisman Trophy winner Danny Wuerffel. It has been presented by the All Sports Association of Fort Walton Beach in every season since 2005. No FSU player has ever won the honor.
