Since Nov. 29, Florida State has now lost more than half of its 2018 recruiting class.

The latest departure is linebacker Rosendo Louis, who had been committed since August. On Wednesday, the 3-star prospect not only flipped to, but signed with South Carolina.

Louis is the 10th decommitment from a class that had 18 members less than a month ago. Louis, a Deerfield Beach prospect, is ranked as the No. 428 overall prospect and 74th best inside linebacker, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.

The loss of Louis leaves FSU legacy Amari Gainer, a 4-star prospect, as the only committed linebacker. As a class, the Seminoles rank 64th nationally and last in the ACC.
