For the ninth straight year, Florida State will be part of the NCAA Volleyball Tournament.

The Seminoles come into this year’s tournament red hot. They won their final six regular season games to finish 18-10 and 12-8 in ACC play after a 6-8 start to the conference slate.

FSU will begin the NCAA Tournament in Lincoln, Nebraska to face Washington State. The Cougars finished the year with a record of 17-15.

The two teams will square off at 5:30 p.m. EST on Friday. The winner will advance to face the winner of No. 5 national seed Nebraska and Stony Brook.

The Seminoles reached the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament last season after an improbable rally past rival Florida. Their season ended with a 4-set loss to Stanford.
