Noles-Gators Set for Noon

After playing the last two games in prime time, Florida State and Florida will have an early kickoff for the first time since 2013.

The Nov. 25 showdown between the arch-rivals will begin at 12 p.m. EST and will air on ESPN. The Seminoles and Gators have been two of college football’s more disappointing teams with each currently sitting at 3-6 overall.

If the Seminoles expect to run their streak of consecutive bowl games to 36, this is a must-win. Florida, who will not make up its home opener against Northern Colorado, is already out of bowl contention.

Something else that FSU will try to do is beat Florida for a school-record fifth straight time. The Seminoles won 31-13 last season in Tallahassee and have taken a shutout into the fourth quarter in each of their last two trips to Gainesville.
