FSU Falls One Spot in AP Poll

After a week that included a road loss to Duke and a home win over Miami, Florida State saw itself move very little in the polls released on Monday.

In the AP Poll, FSU dropped just one spot from 15th to 16th. Florida State was ranked 17th in the USA Today Coaches Poll. That is unchanged from last week.

FSU wrapped up the regular season on Saturday with a win over Miami to finish with a school-record 24 victories in the regular season. The Seminoles also tied a school-record for most ACC wins with 12 and the highest seed in the ACC Tournament as the No. 2.

FSU will kick off the ACC Tournament in Brooklyn in the quarterfinal round on Thursday. The Seminoles will face Virginia Tech, Wake Forest or Boston College.
