Florid State got back on track Wednesday night with an impressive 75-57 road win at Miami. For the season, the Seminoles now sit at 19-4 and 7-3 in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

With Wednesday’s win, the Seminoles have already exceeded their total from last regular season. FSU finished with 20 wins a season ago, but two came in the ACC and NIT tournaments.

Florida State is starting to look more and more like an NCAA Tournament lock, but where it is currently seeded has some small variance among prognosticators. The good news for FSU fans is each of the five “bracketologists” have the Seminoles destined for Orlando.

The highest seeding for FSU among experts comes from CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm. In a bracket updated Friday morning, Palm has the Seminoles as a No. 2 seed in the South Region facing No. 15 seed East Tennessee State. The Buccaneers, according to Palm, are the projected Southern Conference Champions.

ESPN’s Joe Lunardi and Shelby Mast of USA Today each have the Seminoles as a No. 3 seed and taking on 14th-seeded and projected Atlantic Sun champion Florida Gulf Coast. The only variances in the two brackets, both released Thursday, is the region. Lunardi has FSU playing in the South Region while Mast projects the Seminoles to be part of the West bracket.

In brackets updated Friday, Dave Ommen of NBC Sports and SB Nation’s Chris Dobbertean each have FSU sitting as a No. 3 seed. Ommen has the Seminoles taking on No. 14 seed and projected Ohio Valley champion Belmont in the Midwest Region.

Dobbertean doesn’t include a bracket, but ranked each team in the NCAA Tournament from 1-68 and has FSU at No. 9 overall or as the top No. 3 seed and in the South Region. As No. 14 seeds, Dobbertean lists Belmont, Princeton, North Dakota State and Arkansas State.

After three straight games on the road, FSU will play a pair of home games this week. The Seminoles will host Clemson on Sunday before facing North Carolina State on Wednesday night. Clemson is as high as a No. 8 seed and as low as an 11 throughout the five brackets. The Wolfpack are listed as among the first four out by Palm and the next four out by Ommen.
