contractors video supports "he had his hands up"

I've withheld comment on the Ferguson incident because I felt I didn't know enough. This very short video caught my attention as it shows 2 white construction guys reacting minutes after the shooting which they indicate they witnessed.

    http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/10/us/fergus ... index.html

CNN) -- Two men, shocked at what they saw, describe an unarmed teenager with his hands up in the air as he's gunned down by a police officer.
They were contractors doing construction work in Ferguson, Missouri, on the day Michael Brown was killed.
And the men, who asked not to be identified after CNN contacted them, said they were about 50 feet away from Officer Darren Wilson when he opened fire.
An exclusive cell phone video captures their reactions during the moments just after the shooting.

"He had his f**n hands up," one of the men says in the video.
The man told CNN he heard one gunshot, then another shot about 30 seconds later.
"The cop didn't say get on the ground. He just kept shooting," the man said.
That same witness described the gruesome scene, saying he saw Brown's "brains come out of his head," again stating, "his hands were up."
The video shows the man raising his arms in the air -- just as, he says, Brown was doing when he was shot.
The other contractor told CNN he saw Brown running away from a police car.
Brown "put his hands up," the construction worker said, and "the officer was chasing him."
The contractor says he saw Wilson fire a shot at Brown while his back was turned.
The men said they didn't seen how the confrontation started.

Is this any more valid than the bystander caught on video describing him charging at the cop? And why do the forensics not hold up to him having his "hands up" since all bullet wounds on the arms were front of arm entry points? We still don't know all the details. Did he have his hands up when he turned around but then charged at the cop? I'm sure we will find many more leaks in the next few weeks/months that will back both sides of the story.

That it is not admissible in the court of law.

Usually the only way to catch a fish is to drop a line in the water, and I caught a big one.

As I said in the RC discussion on this, I don't know the facts, so I'm not ready to take sides. It's conceivable that Brown bashed Wilson's face in, then backed off, then put his hands up as Wilson got out of the car. That seems to be a consistent account. Some say that Brown started to charge at Wilson, others say Brown wasn't moving. If Wilson's orbital bone was broken, or the beating was severe, Wilson probably had some vision impairment, and did what he needed to do.

    This is all supposition.

Dude, the video is real time, Immediately after the incident and they aren't talking to news media. It is not the last nword but it is pretty compelling.
