I'm in Savannah tonight. Will spend a week in Palm Beach County soon. I used to have to go all the way out to places like Fort Walton Beach and Carrolton, GA regularly, but I don't have our western region anymore (thankfully). St. Pete was especially frustrating because it would only take 2 hours to get home without traffic, but it's more like 5 hours with it.

Except for a break from 2003 - 2007, I've been traveling for work since 1989. Fortunately, I usually get to be in the same city for extended periods of time. At one point in my career, I was in Birmingham, Raleigh, and Miami every week for almost a year, with other side trips to Atlanta and Denver during that time.

That would be nice sometimes, I seldom visit the same place more than twice.

How do you feel about that? Looking forward to the trip or dreading it? Mixed feelings?

I am pretty irritated about it, but looks like Muchas will be there, as well. So that's a plus.
